What delivery services do Smiffy’s offer?
We provide a range of services to suit

My card payment won’t process, what should I do?
We maintain a high level of payment
security and as a result we have strict rules on the information you provide
when entering the payment details. Please ensure you have correctly entered the
billing address and card details. A small mistake will cause the payment to

I wish to return an item, what should I do?
Not a problem, you will find full
details of our returns process on our Returns

or email us [take customer to email form] to arrange the return and please ensure you provide your order
number with the item you return.
My order says it is in Security Check, what does this mean?
All orders go through a Security Check
to ensure payment has been received ok. This is usually a very quick step but
can take up to 12 hours in some cases and we will contact you if there is any
problem. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can contact you
easily.
What happens if I am not in and the courier attempts to deliver my
order?
The courier will leave a card with
details of the parcel and how to arrange collection from your local post office.
We always require a signature for all deliveries and are therefore unable to
leave the item if you are not in.
Are all Smiffy’s products in stock?
Yes! If the product is out of stock it is
noted on the product page with a date when the stock is due back in.
