Our order process has been designed to make it as simple and straightforward as possible when you place an order with us.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with the order details. Your order will then pass through a number of stages:

Security Check

Your payment details are being checked and payment is being processed.

Processing

Your order is now processing and in the queue to be picked and packed by our team

Despatched

Initially your order has been picked and packed and is now in the queue to be despatched. Orders are collected by our couriers at different intervals during the day.
