Zombie Scrub Nurse Costume, with Dress and Facemask
Welcome to the National Horror Service, we're here to take care of you... Scare your friends by treating there wounds as an undead in our Zombie Scrub Nurse Costume. This awesome costume features a green, scrub dress with rips, a zipper down the front and blood splatter. It also includes the green face mask that has elastic around the back to hold it into place.
